Madison Gerdes joined our team in February of 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Northwest Missouri State University in 2023 and is currently completing her CAOHC certification. Prior to joining Hearing Care Partners as an audiology assistant, Madison worked in banking, retail, and hospitality — roles that deepened her passion for helping people and laid the groundwork for her transition into audiology.
What does Madison love most about helping others hear their best? “Seeing the direct impact my work has on someone’s daily life,” she says. “It’s incredibly rewarding to know I play a part in helping people feel more connected and confident.” She values the supportive team environment at Hearing Care Partners immensely. Outside of work, Madison enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with her fiancé, Bud, and their daughter, Ryan.
