I’ve been going to Dr. Karen for several years — she keeps my hearing aids clean (no charge), keeps me in batteries (no charge), and keeps them adjusted. Dr. Melton and her staff have been able to answer questions and provide guidance and assistance throughout this process. How wonderful it is to have sound back in my world, and being able to hear my little granddaughters say, “I love you, Grandma,” on the telephone without using the speaker phone is PRICELESS!”
